We're Hiring: Accounting Associates (2 Vacancies)

Join our team and grow your accounting career with hands-on experience across finance operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Record and monitor corporate credit card transactions
• Post and update customer collections in the Cash Receipts Book
• Process petty cash replenishments with complete documentation
• Prepare official correspondence to Mercury Drug (billing & collections)
• Maintain organized filing of accounting records and documents

Key responsibilities:

• Process weekly expense reports of the sales force
• Manage fleet card transactions
• Monitor and record fixed assets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology
• With good scholastic records
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner with a positive work attitude
• Preferably residents within Metro Manila
