Strategic Accounts Specialist - Medical Devices (Urgent)

1. Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned medical device clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including hospital administrators, procurement teams, and clinical staff
3. Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with healthcare facilities whilst maintaining profitability targets
5. Identify market trends, competitor activities and customer needs within the medical devices landscape
6. Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists, logistics and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions
7. Manage account pipelines and forecast revenue accurately to support business planning
8. Represent Variance Trading Corporation at industry events, trade shows and client meetings
9. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards in all customer interactions

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in medical devices sales or account management within the healthcare sector
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes, hospital operations and medical device regulations
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive account strategies and execute them effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Knowledge of the Philippine healthcare market is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare Management or related field
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required
