Ryzen Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Project Manager with demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Post job openings to website and social media accounts
  • Help with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
  • Coordinate company events and birthday celebrations
  • Solidify Ryzen Solution's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
  • Assist HR with the on boarding of employees and preparing employment documents
  • Strategize with team to accomplish business growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree.
  • Proven Administrative track record in a sales environment
  • Minimum 2 years business to business professional selling experience.
  • Ideal candidate has: Entrepreneurial attitude, discipline, persistence, tenacity, an eagerness to learn the high tech market and an aggressive closer personality.
