• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP Signavio and its applications in business process management.
• Proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
