Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Company Driver who can also perform liaison and messenger duties. The role involves transporting company personnel, handling bank transactions, delivering documents, collection and assisting with government and permit processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Driving Duties- Safely transport company staff, guests, and items to assigned destinations
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and regular inspection
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor vehicle fuel, mileage, and maintenance schedules
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior
- Process bank transactions (deposits and payments)
- Deliver and pick up documents, receipts, and parcels
- Handle collections and official company errands
- Assist in processing business permits, licenses, and Real Property Tax (RPT)
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Must have Professional Driver’s License
- With at least 2 years or more work experience as a Family Driver/Company/Executive/Personal
- Knows how to drive high-end/luxury cars (Automatic and Manual)
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance
- Familiar in streets within Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- With GOOD working attitude, flexible and self-motivated
- Willing to work on extended hours
