Company Driver

Job Title: Company Driver (IT Solutions – Government Client Support)

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting company employees—primarily technical and support staff—to and from government client sites. The role requires reliability, professionalism, and strict adherence to traffic regulations, as well as respect for security protocols when entering government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport employees to various government agency locations for project deployment, maintenance, and support
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival for client appointments and service calls
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition at all times
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.) before and after trips
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports
• Assist employees with loading/unloading IT equipment when necessary
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and government facility entry protocols
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately
• Safeguard transported personnel and equipment at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a company or service driver
• Familiarity with routes to key government offices and business districts
• Ability to use navigation apps (e.g., GPS, Waze, Google Maps)
• Physically capable of assisting with light equipment handling
• High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

• Experience driving for corporate or government-related assignments
• Basic knowledge of handling IT equipment (with care and security awareness)
• Defensive driving certification or training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

• Field-based work with frequent travel to government client sites
• May require early morning trips, extended hours, or occasional weekend work depending on project schedules
