Accountant Staff

• Location: Bonifacio Global City
• Starting Compensation: ₱20,000 - 25,000/month

About Sandbox Clinic

This role is ideal for candidates with strong fundamentals in accounting, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to grow in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day accounting: journal entries, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support payroll processing and remittance of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
• Track clinic expenses, revenue collections, and package usage
• Help implement internal controls and financial documentation processes

• Work closely with admin and department heads to manage budgets and cost reports

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or related field
• With at least 1 year of work experience in accounting or finance

• Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Knowledgeable in PH taxation and basic compliance processes
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and sense of accountability
• Open to working in hybrid setup and across clinic branches
