Job Description

• Manages plant processes, systems and activities which include production and processing of oils and greases in accordance to lubricant quality systems and application (LQS and ISO standards).
• Manages activities related to the plant including, but not limited to Ship to Shore operations, Oil Movements, Drum Decanting, VII Dissolving, Blending and Filling and Packaging of Lubricants, ensuring production volumes meet the plan including budget, HSSE, security and environmental targets.
• Manages all warehousing activities in a given geography for components, bulk and packed lubricants, from receipt of components into warehouses, storage and warehouse management, product picking and dispatching, and management of secondary depots.
• Review of sales patterns and “tirillas” to ensure consistency and accuracy, monitoring performance across all platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
• Previous experience in delivery process and logistics management.
• A strong understanding of Cross to efficiently generate and manage forecasts, sales orders and shipments. This includes familiarity with his functionalities, logic, and how to integrate with broader supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in SAP is essential, particularly for tasks such as 1) Cross checking data between systems and modules, 2) Creating, verifying, and modifying sales orders, 3) Shipment creation and adjustment 4) Cancelling or updating sales orders when necessary
• Advanced Excel skills in data analyzing and reporting, that include creating and running macros and reports for automation and performing data validation.
• Proficiency in Spanish Language.
