- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on Mandarin-speaking markets and international trade opportunities.
- Create and translate marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring they are tailored for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking platforms and regions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, customer needs, and business opportunities within Mandarin-speaking markets, ensuring strategies are relevant and effective.
- Work to enhance the company’s brand image and presence in Mandarin-speaking regions, creating a strong connection with target audiences through effective messaging and campaign execution.
- Manage social media accounts targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences, engage with followers, and develop content that resonates with the local culture and preferences.
- Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads from Mandarin-speaking regions, helping to build a strong customer pipeline for the sales team.
- Assist with organizing and promoting trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events, especially those targeting Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
- Work closely with the sales department to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives, particularly focusing on Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide regular reports on performance, and recommendations for improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring that customer interactions and communications are effectively managed.
- Language Skills: Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin Language.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: With or without experience in a marketing role, preferably in the trading or international business industry.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media management.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, content creation, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM software, and social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Creative mindset with an ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
