S/he will also handle a variety of tasks to keep the team organized and accomplish administrative duties that will allow the managers to focus on more advanced responsibilities.

• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager, Store Managers and external partners on Culinary, Pricing and Sales Strategies and Tactics
• Oversee, monitor and craft sales programs for an effective and efficient mobilize stock movement and management
• Create and interpret a variety of reports including weekly sales performance, promo reports and customer feedback in coordination with Stores and Warehouse
• Conduct competitive landscape studies and analysis and identify industry and consumer trends, key opportunities for innovation and growth
• Create, format, edit and distribute trade marketing materials such as product briefs, presentations, competitive scans, case studies and range of documents Sales achievement (forecast vs actual)
• Collate and organize research, sales data and requirements from external and internal sources.
• Maintain a marketing database (electronic and print) of suppliers, agencies, partners, white papers, customer feedback forms, office supplies and other functional print or digital requirements
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth work relations between Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, Culinary and IT.
