Work Setup: Full On-Site Setup (5x a week) in Ortigas or San Juan

What You Will Do (Tasks)

Delighting Customers: Analyze complex requirements, design robust manual test cases, and manage the defect lifecycle to ensure flawless production releases.

Improving Our Work: Drive innovation by transforming manual test suites into scalable automated scripts using Playwright, and perform API and database validations.

Growing Our Business: Partner with collaborative teams to accelerate release cycles, maintaining our commitment to customer centricity and software agility.

Developing Yourself & Others: Mentor peers, share automation best practices, and continuously expand your technical expertise.

How We Measure Success (Metrics)

Quality First: Maintain a near-zero defect leakage rate and ensure high test case execution coverage.
Efficiency & Adherence: Achieve $ge 95%$ on-time delivery milestones and maintain high reliability in automated scripts.

Precision: Minimize defect rejection rates through clear, actionable documentation and analysis.

What You Bring

2–7 years of experience in Software QA (Manual Web/Enterprise testing + Playwright automation).

Solid knowledge of SDLC/STLC (Waterfall/Agile), defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, qTest), and API testing (Postman/Swagger).

A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
