Support Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist

• Salary: PHP 75,000 – 100,000 Package (Depending on Inpatient Coding Experience and Tenure)
• Location: Manila, Pampanga, or Cebu
• Work Arrangement: Temporary Work From Home (TWFH)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Support Inpatient Coder – QA Specialist to join our healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in inpatient medical coding and quality assurance who are passionate about ensuring coding accuracy, compliance, and excellence.

• Graduate of a Medical Allied course or a Philippine Registered Nurse (PRN/PHRN).
• Must hold a valid Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) certification.
• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical or hospital experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient medical coding experience.
• Inpatient Coding Audit or Quality Assurance (QA) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain high coding quality standards.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, based on business requirements.
