About the role

• Developing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that promote the college's core values, including integrity, respect, and social responsibility
• Designing and implementing lesson plans that effectively integrate values education into the curriculum
• Fostering open discussions and critical thinking among students to encourage the development of their moral and ethical reasoning skills
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to values education across the school
• Providing counselling and guidance to students on personal and social issues, as needed
• Participating in extracurricular activities and school events that support the college's values and character development initiatives

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Philosophy, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex moral and ethical dilemmas
• A passion for promoting the school's core values and a commitment to the personal and academic development of students
