About the role

Trace College' is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Research Teacher to join our dynamic team at our campus in Los Baños Laguna. As a full-time Research Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of our high school students, fostering their research skills and intellectual curiosity.

• Develop and deliver engaging, research-focused lesson plans that challenge and inspire high school students
• Guide students in conducting comprehensive research projects, helping them to formulate research questions, gather data, and analyse findings
• Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, nurturing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience for students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research methodologies and trends in the field of education
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the school's research program

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field, with a strong focus on research and teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to adapt to the diverse needs of students
• Familiarity with research methodologies, data analysis, and the application of research findings in the classroom
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students
