Accenture Energy Practice is looking for an Energy Analyst to join our rapidly growing UBM team. The Utility Bill Management (UBM) department provides customer support for setting and tracking energy budget as well as for managing the bill validation cycle of Accenture clients.

In this role the team member will work on Client ticketing platform & will be supporting on setting up of account, commissioning/decommissioning of sites, invoice collections, working with multiple Client/Client’s supplier’s stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Call the utilities to setup accounts on our client’s name if we received a request from property managers as the tenant is moved out of property.
• Call the utilities to stop services on our client business name, whenever we get requests from Property managers.
• Shut off means there is a disconnection of service, and we need to analyze the reason for this and act to connect back services.
• Work on invoice copies which needs to be sent to billing team i.e, AP Team to process them for payment and respond to any queries from them.
• Work on tickets which are on different type of Leasing activities such as Terminating lease, Renewal of lease, Expansion of lease. Work with property managers and action accordingly.
• Process Mapping: Identifying areas of improvements in the established processes, involving key managers.
• Writing Data Collection Manual: The production of a manual for guidance that will be published and all aspects of the job being undertaken by each individual and the systems they will use.
• Plus all other duties as assigned appropriate to the development of the role and the individual.
