URGENT HIRING: Sales and Administrative Assistant

  • BF Resort Village, Las Piñas City
  • Salary: Based on experience
  • Monday to Friday | Weekends Off

Safety Hub Marketing Corporation is looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales and office operations. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with clients and coordinating orders, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
  • Maintain and update customer records, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices
  • Communicate with clients, dealers, and suppliers regarding inquiries and orders
  • Assist in order processing and coordination of deliveries
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports
  • Maintain organized files, records, and databases
  • Support daily office operations and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Business-related course (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to work onsite in BF Resort Village, Las Piñas City
