Job Description: Personal / Administrative Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports, documents, and assist in report writing
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage files, records, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist in day-to-day office operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Knowledgeable in report writing and administrative procedures
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer applications
- Tech-savvy (familiar with Mac, Android, and office systems)
- Knowledge in printer setup and basic troubleshooting is an advantage
- Willing to travel when required
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Organized, responsible, and with good communication skills
