SITE CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Provides technical assistance during site planning and development to ensure the project is compliant with zoning, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Prepares work roadmaps/schedules in coordination with the Architect.
• Assists with the Architect for the design documentation and other pertinent requirements for building and occupancy permits.
• Conducts frequent site visits to monitor progress of the contractor, to address concerns/issues that may arise, and to ensure that milestones are completed according to the project timeline.
• Regularly submits documentations of site activities and progress reports (highlighting compliance with design specification and safety standards) to keep the COO informed as to the status of the project.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities attendant to his/her efficient and effective performance.

Qualification:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (preferably with license).
• With at least 5 years' experience in Project Management of vertical structures or design implementation projects.
• Keen with details and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
