Position: Poultry Farm Module Supervisor

Location: Janiuay, Iloilo (Stay-in)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Poultry Farm Module Supervisor who will oversee daily farm operations, ensure proper animal care management, and maintain biosecurity protocols within the assigned module.

REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, or any related course
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Farm or Poultry Industry
Proficient in standardized farm management practices, farm data analysis, and reporting flock data
Equipped with strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills
Willing to stay-in at the farm site located in Bukidnon

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts periodic evaluation of direct reports and identifies specific areas for improvement
Trains, leads, and monitors farm personnel in their assigned module in the performance of correct feeding, water management, rearing, laying management, vaccination procedures, biosecurity, and sanitation practices
Ensures proper and timely building preparation before flock placement
Prepares and submits accurate farm reports such as flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, and farm conditions
Inspects the cleanliness of module bunkhouses and surroundings and organizes manpower to ensure assigned module cleanliness
