Job Summary
The Poultry Management Trainee will undergo structured training to develop strong technical and operational competencies in Poultry Live Operations. The role focuses on learning farm management, bird health and welfare, biosecurity, production flow, and performance monitoring.The trainee will work closely with farm managers and veterinarians to support daily farm activities and contribute to achieving optimal flock performance.
Requirements- Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in poultry production and farm operations
- Knowledge in animal welfare, vaccination, and basic disease management is an advantage
- Analytical, detail oriented, and willing to undergo field based training
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Participate in the Pathway to Excellence training program focused on poultry production, flock health, and farm management
- Assist in daily farm operations, including monitoring bird health, farm biosecurity, and production performance
- Support vaccination, treatment, and flock health intervention activities under the guidance of farm veterinarians
- Help gather and analyze farm data to support decision making and performance improvement
- Coordinate with farm personnel to ensure compliance with biosecurity and operational standards
- Prepare technical and operational reports based on farm observations and data
