Job Summary:

Sales & Admin Assistant is responsible for facets of the sales and operations process, including creating and maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments with potential clients, handling incoming/outgoing phone calls/emails from prospective buyers, and event-related matters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing materials
  • Post scheduled social media and property listing sites contents and monitor engagement
  • Prepare and process sale and lease offer, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Manage client inquiries via phone or email, resolve issues, and support post-sale activities.
  • Arrange schedule meetings, supplier’s visit, handle travel arrangements, and maintain team calendars
  • Assist in viewing and ocular visits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
  • With 1 to 2 years experience in the sales and marketing field
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Sheets, Capcut, Social Media exposure
