Roles and Responsibilities- Interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.
- Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
- Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
- Typically handles straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.
- Completed at least 2nd year in college with 1 year BPO experience in a non-voice campaign, OR
- Senior High School graduate with 2 years BPO experience, including at least 1 year non-voice
- Insurance background is an advantage but not required
- Fixed Weekends Off
Work Setup:
- Full Onsite at MOA, Pasay City
