Junior Marketing Associate

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website content.
- Coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to promote Elite Translations' language solutions and services.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, trade shows, networking activities, and webinars.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with the Sales team to nurture prospective clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
