Recruitment Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Assistant to support our UK client, Live True London, with day-to-day recruitment activities. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment trackers.
- Assist with posting job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare interview schedules, recruitment reports, and other administrative documents.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment requirements when needed.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
- Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment documentation.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or an administrative support role.
- Experience in sourcing or coordinating interviews is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software is an advantage.
- Experience supporting international clients or UK recruitment is a plus.
