We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, and communication challenges. The therapist will work closely with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other special needs to improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
• Monitor and document client progress regularly
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, SPED teachers)
• Provide home programs and guidance to parents/caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and reports

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (PRC licensed)
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism and developmental delays, is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable
