Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to support children with speech, language, and communication challenges. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to help students improve their communication skills and overall participation in academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and parents to support student development
• Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and communication support
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate therapy records
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and parent consultations
• Stay updated with current practices and techniques in speech therapy

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid license to practice (PRC licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the Philippines)
• Experience working with children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to student progress

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with speech delays, articulation disorders, autism, and language disorders
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
