Digital Marketing Officer (Onsite-Makati City)

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing social media and e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective community engagement, brand visibility, and marketing analytics for high-end products. This role involves content creation, partnership management, and strategic digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee social media community management, responding to inquiries and after-sales concerns.
• Develop and analyze marketing reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in content creation, including copywriting for social media, corporate communications, and PR articles.
• Identify brand engagement opportunities through social media trend monitoring.
• Manage partnerships with influencers, agencies, and third-party collaborators.
• Conduct research on digital marketing trends and consumer insights to enhance strategies.
• Maintain organized databases for suppliers, reports, and marketing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or market research.
• Strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and consumer insights analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and various social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
