- Manage and update company website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, company website)
- Create engaging content related to customs brokerage services, logistics updates, and industry insights.
- Optimize website and content using SEO best practices
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Generate leads and support the sales team through digital channels
- Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely content (e.g., operations, compliance)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or related role
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage is an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Content writing or copywriting experience
- Understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations
- Experience with CRM systems
