Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking NetSuite Administrator to lead the support, enhancement, and optimization of our ERP and PSA platforms. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring our systems scale effectively with the business.
You’ll take ownership of complex issues, manage system configurations and integrations, and drive improvements across the platforms. You’ll also oversee system governance and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge and a focus on delivering practical, high-impact business solutions.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM and OpenAir PSA in a support or system administrator role
- Proven ability to manage complex support escalations and deliver scalable solutions
- Successful track record in leading or contributing to ERP/PSA system projects
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, services, and operations
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High attention to detail in system documentation, configuration, and data management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities
- Experience mentoring junior staff or leading cross-functional teams is a plus
- Relevant NetSuite certifications or formal training highly desirable
- Act as the primary escalation point for NetSuite and OpenAir support issues
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Project Management, and Operations teams to align system functionality with business goals
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system improvements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Establish and enforce system governance, including roles, permissions, and usage standards
- Manage data integrity, security, and compliance across NetSuite and OpenAir
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
- Track product updates, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
- Create training materials and conduct enablement sessions for key users and teams
