Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations in Porac, Pampanga, supporting various departments and ensuring effective people management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate is a strong, confident, and hands-on HR leader who can effectively manage diverse stakeholders and handle complex HR concerns.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
Experience supporting business leaders and partnering with department heads
Background in the hospitality, service, or corporate industry is an advantage

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
Solid understanding of all HR functions, including:
