Position Title: Manager

Job Description:

• Implements and monitors production KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production flow and timely delivery of products.
• Champions the adoption of new technologies and automation in production processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maintain competitiveness in the market.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and environmental standards by maintaining proper documentation, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Develops contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in production, such as equipment failure, supply shortages, or labor issues.
• Drives employee engagement and retention by fostering a positive work culture, recognizing achievements, and encouraging feedback and participation in decision-making.
• Monitors and evaluates vendor and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services that support production requirements.

• Knowledge of production processes and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration) and/or equivalent experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
