PRODUCTION MANAGER undertakes to perform such services and duties as are normally incident to such position, such as, but not limited to:

In charge of the installation of the Machineries and Equipment
Leads production team in the design, development, and implementation of product manufacturing processes
Collaborates with other departments to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards
Identifies and resolves production problems
Analyzes production data to identify areas for improvement
Develops and implements new manufacturing processes and technologies
Provide training and guidance to Filipino production employees

Qualifications/Requirements

Tech savvy and highly analytical
Preferred fluent in speaking and writing in Mandarin language
At least 25 years old and above
Key skills/attributes- Organization and time management skills, adept in using excel and PowerPoint, work well with a multi-cultural group, excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent management skills
With at least experience in product management and/or development or related industry
