We’re hiring an Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our fast-growing business. This role is all about building systems, streamlining workflows, and creating the infrastructure that helps our team move faster and smarter.

You’ll work closely with leadership to turn strategy into structure — integrating platforms like NetSuite and Zapier, building dashboards, automating tasks, and keeping our internal operations running smoothly.
We’re especially looking for someone who has worked in consumer goods, physical products, or CPG — and knows how to bring order to complexity in a high-growth, lean environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and optimize internal operations processes and systems end-to-end
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel, NetSuite, and other tools
- Build platform integrations and automate tasks using Zapier or similar tools
- Pull and manage reports from retailer and distributor portals; improve data automation and accuracy
- Support backend administrative tasks: SKU setup, pricing updates, product submissions, and compliance documentation
- Translate strategic initiatives into operational processes, workflows, and SLAs
- Maintain clean, accurate data across platforms to support reliable reporting and accountability
- Build connections across systems spanning eCommerce, wholesale, and retail — including Walmart and grocery/independent retail partners
- Create tracking systems to provide visibility into operational performance and timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years in operations, business operations, or systems management
- Experience in consumer goods, physical product companies, or CPG (strongly preferred!)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite — especially dashboard creation and integrations
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — you know your way around pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
- Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite — especially dashboard creation and integrations
