Description:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and preparing purchase requests to support timely replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and supply chain transactions
- Support daily supply chain tasks, including data entry, filing, and basic reporting
- Help identify and report any discrepancies or issues in orders, deliveries, or stock levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or support roles (fresh graduates with leadership experiences from organizations are welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and support team operations
- Basic communication skills and a reliable, responsible work approach
