About the role
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain/ISO/Regulatory to join our team at Megachem Phils, Inc. in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in managing our supply chain operations, ISO accreditation and compliance.Ensuring efficient customer service and shipping processes.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- ISO 9001-2015 Accreditation & compliance
- Handling customer service inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Coordinating with the shipping and logistics team to optimise delivery processes
- Analysing data and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any supply chain challenges
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supply chain, ISO accreditation and compliance. Customer service or shipping role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
- Proficient in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Proficient in SAP
- Knowledgeable in ISO
