Massive Hiring Customer Service for Telco Tech Account

We are hiring for Customer Service for Telco Tech Account, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues. This full-time role is based in our Davao City site, where you'll be part of a dynamic call centre team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
• Identify and escalate any recurring or systemic problems to improve our customer service
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre processes and procedures

What we're looking for:

• At least a HS/SHS graduate, preferably with 7 months and up CCE in tech & sales | confidence is a + factor|
• At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willing to work on-site
