Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to manage product sales, bookings, and collection processes while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has a background in sales and collections, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to assigned accounts.
- Handle booking of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on collections to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct field visits to clients for sales and collection activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales and collection performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and account management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in sales and collection.
- Strong proficiency in product selling and booking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Area of assignment: Iloilo City
