Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with at least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales and quota attainment to join our growing team. The role focuses on consultancy-based selling, where you will introduce and promote the company’s other business services to potential and existing clients.

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through client prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell consultancy services and other offerings of the company to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

• At least 1–2 years of solid sales experience (preferably in consultancy, B2B, or service-oriented industries).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Onsite, willing to work in Mandaluyong City
