Sales executive

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to reach individual and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance sales team performance.
• Negotiate and close major deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align business development initiatives.
• Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast, and prepare detailed sales reports.
