As an MMS Order Entry Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in the smooth execution of advertising campaigns-from order processing to quality checks-ensuring accuracy and seamless support for internal teams and partners across global platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek
As an MMS Order Entry Coordinator, you must have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience using Salesforce
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive energy and composure under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
- Creativity and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with Wrike and Veritone is a plus
- Understanding of media sales needs is a bonus
- Partner with other sales support professionals to process and help ensure the accuracy of all national broadcast orders
- Ensure success for ad campaigns through order processing, revisions, and quality assurance
- Assist finance department with special billing requests
- Carefully process and articulate appropriate Accounts Receivable reports, spot times analytics, aircheck gathering, and screenshots
- Be a team player and provide backup support for other MMS Sales Assistants on your team
