Back Office Support (Dayshift)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Back Office Support Staff to support our property management team and overseeing daily operations and maintaining exceptional service for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, communication, and multitasking, while providing seamless coordination to our property managers and tenants.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update property management databases, records, and lease files.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Process and tract tenant applications, lease renewals, and move ins/move outs.
  • Address complaints and escalate unresolved issues to Property Manager.
  • Address other ad hoc tasks given by property managers.

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any related courses
  • Must have good communication skills and is proficient in using the English Language.
  • Must be computer literate and is adept in using different MS applications, Trello, and Property Tree
  • Possesses high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
