Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the workforce needs of the diverse business units of the World Citi Groups conglomerate (education, healthcare, aviation, leisure, real estate, and other sectors).

The role ensures that the organization recruits highly qualified candidates who are aligned with the company’s values, culture, and long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to job offer and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower plans, job requirements, and qualifications needed.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including social media, professional networks, job fairs, and partnerships with schools and training institutions.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and candidate database to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position World Citi Groups as an employer of choice.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, applicant experience, and quality of hire, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal recruitment policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Assist in workforce planning and contribute to talent acquisition reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in a multi-industry or conglomerate environment.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under pressure.
