We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Shanghai with strong experience in the APAC region, particularly in recruiting sales roles.
Responsibilities:- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales roles across key APAC markets
- Source, screen, and manage pipelines of Mandarin-speaking candidates
- Work closely with local stakeholders to align hiring strategy and culture fit
- Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding in the region
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on APAC
- Proven track record of hiring for commercial/sales roles
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of local employment practices and talent expectations
