Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; must be a PRC Licensed Professional Engineer (preferably Electrical).
- Training in building operations, electrical safety, preventive maintenance, or facilities management is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years in building engineering, facilities, or property management.
- Hands-on in electrical substations, transformers, switchgears, generators, UPS, and building electrical systems; preventive/corrective maintenance of MEPF systems; troubleshooting electrical distribution and emergency failures.
- Familiar with occupational safety standards, fire safety regulations, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Experience liaising with contractors, service providers, and regulatory authorities is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties; physically fit to respond to emergencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMMS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
