Concepcion-Otis Philippines, Inc. (COPI) — a subsidiary of Concepcion Industrial Corporation and the exclusive distributor of Otis Elevators & Escalators in the Philippines — is looking for a passionate and results-driven New Equipment Sales Engineer to join our growing team in NCR!
- What You'll Do:
- Drive new equipment sales of Otis elevators and escalators for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
- Build and manage client relationships with developers, architects, and consultants
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and sales presentations
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within NCR territory
- What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the elevator/escalator or related building solutions industry
- Strong technical knowledge of vertical transportation systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling
- Willing to be based in Makati City
