Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, or Sunday, shifting schedule or as may be required by the job

We are looking for a Machine Operator I responsible for operating and maintaining Sachet Multi Lane machines. The role involves proper machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and quality checking to ensure efficient production and achievement of daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
• Test machine operation periodically
• Troubleshoot and fix issues during the shift
• Check output for any machine-related defects or flaws
• Maintain records of approved and defective units/products
• Perform CILT and maintenance
• Operate the machine and achieve the target daily output

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in machine operation
• Experience in Sachet Multi Lane machines is an advantage
• Willing to stay-in at Gen. Trias, Cavite
• Willing to start ASAP
• Able to work in a production environment
• Good attitude and teamwork-oriented
