Job Description

• Calibration: Operate and maintain calibration machines to ensure consistent thickness and precision of stone surfaces, including quartz, granite, and marble.
• Cutting: Use various cutting equipment, including manual and automated machines, to achieve a finish on stone surfaces, ensuring a flawless appearance.
• Machine Setup and Maintenance: Set up and calibrate cutting and calibration machinery. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
• Surface Preparation: Pre-treat stone surfaces for polishing by removing imperfections and ensuring they are clean and free from dust and debris.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of calibration and polishing workflows.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in calibration and polishing within the stone or manufacturing industry, particularly with quartz, granite, or marble.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the use of calibration and polishing machinery, including understanding of various types of abrasives, compounds, and polishing techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail to ensure the surfaces are polished to a high-gloss finish and calibrated to precise specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during the calibration and polishing process.
• Can read, write and speak Mandarin. (Plus, factor).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail to ensure the surfaces are cut to a high-definition finish and calibrated to precise specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during the calibration and polishing process.
• Can read, write, and speak Mandarin. (Plus, factor).
