Key Account Manager
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
- Understand client needs and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams
- Monitor account performance and provide timely updates and support
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and business growth
- Prepare account-related reports and maintain accurate records
- Address client concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Support the development of account plans and engagement strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze account performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
