  • Manage audits, quality metrics reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Champion patient and employee safety initiatives across the network.
  • Drive clinical workflow improvements and operational efficiency with cross‑functional teams.
  • Standardize procedures to ensure consistent quality across all clinics.
  • Serve as a key member of the country leadership team, developing and coaching clinical teams.

  • Registered Nurse or licensed healthcare professional.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical services, or quality management.
  • Strong background in clinical operations, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
  • Skilled in data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in dialysis, hospital, or specialty care settings is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
