RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth of the retail electricity supply business by developing new markets, expanding renewable energy solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities. The role manages and strengthens client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. It also supports financial targets through strategic business development and portfolio management. Additionally, the position promotes sustainable growth by advancing renewable energy initiatives and value-added energy solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in retail electricity supply and solar PV integration projects is an advantage
- Strong customer focus with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other business tools
- Analytical, results-oriented, and possesses strong business acumen
